 Antique American hollow cut silhouettes framed in old painted frame with original eglomise painted glass circa 1920. The lady's silhouette is marked (embossed) MUSEUM for Peale's Museum. Handwritten is her name SARAH BULKELEY and the Gentleman is identified as MIFFLIN. Very good condition with minor tonal stains. Size: 7.5 x 5 inches overall.
