 A super brass lantern often used by the U.S. Lighthouse Service as an auxillary lantern. Marked on the bottom "Manhattan Brass Co." American origin circa 1875. Eight links of the original heavy chain still attached. Very good condition with deep rich weathered green patina. Electrified. Size: 26 inches tall.
