 A rare and choice antique brass seal used by the "USA CONSULAR AGENCY FREMANTLE". Fremantle was an important whaling port on the Western Australia Coast in the 19th C. where many American whalers re-provisoned. Excellent condition with a most beautiful incised American Eahgle with the banner "E Pluribus Unum". Size: 4 inches tall and 1.90 inches diameter.
