Vintage Nantucket Lightship Basket Purse by José Formoso Reyes (1902-1980) signed and dated 1969. 9" oval model with carved seagull ornament, plaque, knobs, and latch. These are deluxe upgrades when ordering the basket from Mr. Reyes back in the day! Replaced handle. Great condition with a just right honey patina. Measures 11" width overall by 7-1/2" high.
