Rare antique scrimshaw NIGHTSTICK concealed dagger.

Rare and unique antique scrimshaw "NIGHTSTICK" Billy Club with a concealed dagger circa 1850. Made entirely of whalebone with the dagger blade fashioned of steel. The deeply lathe-turned handle unscrews from the sheath/shaft. The dagger blade itself is in fine sharp condition and has a triangular point. It is in very good condition with rich worn patina. Size: 22.5 overall length and the blade being 11.75 inches long.
