A very rare American baby's birth pin cushion pillow of Benjamin Prescott, Groton, Massachusetts, February 13, 1792, Constructed of a small linen pillow pin cushion covered in off white satin and "pinned" with the baby's name, his birth date and the reverse his mother's and father's initials (Oliver and Ann Whiting Prescott) with a heart. Benjamin Prescott died in 1819. Good condition with typical scattered satin losses from old stains. Size: 6.5 inches long.
