Customer service is a priority at PaulMaddenAntiques.com. Orders usually ship within a few days. As we display inventory at a variety of locations, it may take a day or two to locate and prepare for shipment. We will contact you if there is an expected delay in shipping.
We ship via US Postal Service by default but can use UPS upon request. If you require an international shipment, please contact us before placing the order.. We charge a standard $8.50 rate for most orders. If an item is unusually large, we will contact you with the actual shipping rate. For faster delivery, we can ship via UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day and again they will ship at actual cost. You can always contact us before placing an order for an estimated shipping cost.
