Antique H.W. Mason Whaling Harpoon

Antique H.W. Mason design whaling harpoon made specifically for a Cunningham & Cogan's 1-inch bore shoulder gun. Ex Robert Hellman Whaling Collection REH028. This design was never patented and was not very popular because it fit only one gun, now making it quite rare to find. Head with three cutting edges and two moveable barbs. Great condition, measures 22-1/4" long.
