A rare antique scrimshaw whale ivory cord pull

Here turned whale ivory and mahogany CORD pull. Found in New Bedford and dates from the late 19th Century. Carved from two pieces of whale Ivory with a center core of a tropical hardwood with a hole completely through it. Excellent condition. Size: 2 inches long.
