Vintage Nantucket Lightship Basket Purse by Stephen Gibbs (1896-1974) circa 1965. 9" oval size with carved dolphin, handle knobs, and signature clasp. Gibbs' baskets are well know for their solid craftsmanship and classic design. Nice honey patina, great overall condition. Measures 11" by 7-1/4" by 7-1/2" overall.
