Antique Sperm Whale tooth with scrimshaw of British Revenue Cutters on either side. Revenue Cutters were smaller gunboats deployed by the British to patrol sovereign shipping and often hunt down pirates. Good condition. English circa 1840. Measures 5-1/2" long.
