Vintage Nantucket Basket purse by José Formoso Reyes (1902-1980) signed and dated 1967. Features a carved soaring seagull atop a mahogany plaque, knobs, peg, and clasp. Signature oak formed and carved swing handle. One hinge professionally repaired, otherwise excellent condition with a dark rich patina. Measures 9-1/2" wide by 7" tall by 7-1/2" deep.
